Francesca Cook is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owner of Replenish Counseling, LLC. She knew from a young age that she wanted to become a counselor, though the path to get there took time, beginning her career in accounting, with other unexpected turns that shaped her perspective and deepened her empathy for others navigating their own journeys.
Her experience as a counselor includes working both in private practice and community mental health, as well as experience in a grief support center, and church-based grief groups. Being in a variety of settings has shaped her ability to support individuals and families through loss, life transitions, trauma, and change.
Francesca is passionate about perinatal mental health. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, she supports clients through pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, loss, and early parenthood with compassion and evidence-based care.
Her approach to treatment is person-centered and relational. She works with children and adults ages 4 and up, incorporating play therapy, sand tray therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to create opportunities for healing that goes beyond words.
She values collaboration in treatment with the individual in therapy, or with parents and caregivers.
Francesca believes every person's story matters, and it is a privilege for her to walk alongside clients as they navigate, heal, and grow.

Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional through Postpartum Support International (PSI). Specialized training in supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal mood disorders.
RST
Registered Sand Therapist through the World Association of Sand Therapy Professionals (WASTP). Certified to use sand tray as a therapeutic modality for all ages.
Certified Sand Tray Therapist
Certified Sand Tray Therapist — specialized training in sand tray as a therapeutic modality.
ART
Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist through the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Trained to use eye movement and bilateral stimulation to help clients process through trauma.
